Event Terms and Conditions

By registering for and/or attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment

   • The registration fee includes access to the event as outlined in the event description. Additional items such as food, travel and lodging, or materials are not be included.

2. No Refund Policy

   • All sales are final. Due to the planning and logistics involved, we do not offer refunds for any reason once your registration is completed. This policy applies regardless of personal circumstances, including illness, travel issues, or schedule changes.

3. Non-Transferable Registration

   • Registrations are non-transferable. Only the registered individual is permitted to attend the event. Unauthorized sharing or transferring of tickets or registration details is not allowed and may result in denial of entry without refund.

4. Event Changes and Cancellation

   • The organizers reserve the right to change the event's schedule, speakers, location, or format if necessary in the event of an emergency. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants as soon as possible.
   • In the unlikely event that the organizers must cancel the event, registrants will be offered a credit to attend a future event or another suitable option at the organizer's discretion. No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations by the organizers.

5. Assumption of Risk

   • By attending the event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and entails certain risks. The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or other personal harm that may occur during or as a result of the event.

6. Code of Conduct

   • All attendees are expected to act professionally and respectfully throughout the event. The organizers reserve the right to remove individuals from the event without refund if they engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Photography and Media Consent

   • By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. The organizers reserve the right to use any media content for promotional or educational purposes without compensation or further consent.

8. Personal Data

9. Limitations of Liability

   • The organizers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event, to the extent allowed by law.
